Discipline

Discipline means managing and controlling, organizing and arranging.  Administering the Governmental and official affairs.

Discipline is a process that makes a person's life principled. Teaches man cleanliness and decoration. Discipline is encouraged so that we can embrace true values, make hard work our motto, avoid shortcuts or laziness, and lead a better life.

Discipline refers to a system, sequence, arrangement and management. All the organs that are found in the human body do their work under a certain rule or law. There is a set of rules for the brain, that is working under it. Other parts of the body also work according to a set of rules. This means that nothing is out of the law and regulation.

If we look at the universe, we find that the sun is a bright star that not only gives light to the world but also determines the times of day. Just as the rising of the sun in the morning heralds a new dawn, the sun rises at noon in the afternoon and sets in the evening, and completes the whole day process. The rotation of the sun creates the weather. Crops and fruits ripen from the heat of the sun. In the same way, at night, the moon appears on the horizon in the form of a crescent and the moon becomes perfect as it travels every day to become Full Moon. Apart from the moon, other stars and planets are also part of the universe's natural system.

The movement of winds, the change of seasons, the melting of snows and the flowing of streams are all manifestations of the laws and regulations of nature.

In the same way, each house has its own discipline. In which there is a Head of the House, who is struggling to get financial resources to run the housing system. The head of the house is the Chief of the whole house. He is responsible for arranging the daily necessities required in the house. Housewives are active in preparing food for the home. The housewife is also responsible for welcoming the guests and taking care of them. Housewives do the cleaning, tidying, washing and tidying the house. While children, when they are older, they shoulder the responsibilities of their parents.

Specific rules are essential for human survival and evolution. Islam has a complete code of conduct within it. Allah Almighty did not send man to Earth like this. For the training and guidance of man, Allah Almighty sent His prophets to show man how to live a disciplined life. As is the rule of prayers in the pillars of Islam. The time for each prayer is to be performed at a fixed time. The Fajr prayer is offered before sunrise. Similarly, different times have been fixed for other prayers. When the sound of the call to prayer hits our hearing, we leave all our activities and walk towards the house of Allah.

In prayers, we have to perform ablutions first, so that we can wash and refresh the important parts of the body to achieve spiritual purity. Praying under the leadership of the Imam and after final salutation, praying in congregation is the best exercise of discipline. Performing the five times daily prayers in congregation teaches us how the collective activities under the leadership of the Imam are performed regularly and according to rules and regulations.

Prayer teaches us cleanliness, prayer teaches us obedience to the leader's command, prayer teaches us to work together to achieve a common goal. Prayer plays an important role in connecting us to our Lord.

Globally, the Muslim Ummah gathers on the occasion of Hajj, where millions of Muslims perform the rituals of Hajj. They have to be disciplined everywhere, such as wearing the same clothes, perform Tawaf together, walk through Safa and Marwah, throw stone on the Satan and Sacrifice the Animal.

In life, the same nation has set the stage for development, in which unity and discipline are found. In nations that live unprincipled, there is neither unity nor discipline. In such nations, there is chaos over small things. No one listens to anyone. Everybody thinks he is right.  This means that everyone plays their own duffel and everyone gets their own tune.

Discipline is so important that it is felt everywhere. Where there is no discipline, there will be chaos and wrong results. Everything in the world is governed by rules and regulations. Beauty in life is created through discipline.

We have a responsibility to respect the feelings of others and to make our words and deeds useful to society. If we don't care about any laws and regulations while living in a society, we cause trouble for ourselves and for others. If we show discipline and live a life of unity and harmony, then there can be style and beauty in our lives. We must create discipline in every area of our lives and lead our lives in a happy way.

Founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam has taught the nation a great lesson of unity, belief and organization. A nation without discipline soon disappears from the face of the earth. The rise of Islam was also due to national discipline, unity and organization. If we love our homeland and we are really sincere with our country and want to see our nation in the ranks of developed nations of the world, then we must create unity in our ranks. And we must show unity and discipline at all times, in every place, in every seat, in every walk.

Remember that science is organized knowledge
and wisdom is organized life.
