Employment

Employment means livelihood, a means of securing the necessities of life, food and drink regarded as a source of strength; nourishment, type of work for earning, occupation, profession, employment, job and any source of income.

The nature of human beings is to dream high, to think better of others and to make life happier, promote name, raising the quality of life for parents, siblings, wife and children so that inferior feeling be diminished and hardship life convert into peace and prosperous life.

People belonging to the financially backward classes use every effort to pull the cart of their life. Someone is trying to get a higher degree by completing his education; someone after getting a degree is busy preparing for the competitive exam. Those who do not want to sit in the competitive exams are just putting their energies into getting any other job. In this regard, they struggle to reach out for the reference. Sometimes visiting an office to get someone's recommendations, sometimes circling the office of the person in charge of their constituency for the influence of a political figure.

Those who have not been able to continue their education can be found consulting a friend for a technical course on which category is most demanding in the country.

As if every human being is headed for his future. Someone wants a higher job. Somebody wants any type of job. Someone has to go to America. Someone says there are better opportunities in Canada. No one is tired of praising Japan. One likes Malaysia and one does find China to be a good country, and some find Europe more civilized and one considers the Middle East a better destination. And someone wants to do business so that they can be their own boss.

The fact is that Allah has created every human being along with his provision and that will be delivered to him by all means, slightly less nor slightly more. Allah Almighty has also determined the place, time and the quantity to be destined to him. But man is too quick, he wants everything he needs immediately, even though he has to pay the greatest sacrifice for it?

Most of us during our prime time, have lot of future plans and for which we tried our best to achieve. But that is what happened which Allah has destined for us. On the other hand, we kept thinking that I would do it, I would do that and if nothing happens, I will do something unique than others.

If we all look back at our past, we will find out that what we were thinking and moving forward about our career in one direction whereas our destination was waiting for us on the other side. All our planning was useless as the employment itself knocked at our door while we were sitting at home. 

Every person's life is different. One always finds a comfortable environment and one has to work hard.

Sometimes it happens that we are working in one department and the other department is comfortable. And we kept praying that the Lord would transfer me to this department.

Sure, your prayers will be fulfilled, but as you get there, the work gets bigger and you haven't had a chance to scratch your head again.

Allah knows best whom to place where and who is fit for which place. But because we are inexperienced, we stand on our stubborn and waste a lot of money and many years to get our choice. And in the end it is what is written in destiny.
