Well-being or fitness means health, wellness, comfort, wellness, accuracy and security, etc.

The word health is used as an alternative to Urdu (تندرستی) for well-being. This word is a combination of two words body and correctness. It refers to a condition of the body that is normal or physical and mental.

Every human being has a natural force to fight physical ailments, called strength immune. The human body fights against various diseases; this force is weak in children and the elderly so their health should be given more attention. 

Of course, a healthy life is a precious blessing for a human being, the luxuries and comforts of the world, but without health, life becomes empty. As long as the person is healthy, he is protected from the happy moments of his life. If he becomes ill, then all happiness and ease of life will be found in the dust.

“Well-being is a thousand blessings”. It is not appreciated and fully realized by healthy people, those who become ill or suffer from an accident and get to bed are the ones who understand the importance of well-being.

Human health has a deep connection to thinking. If a person keeps his thinking positive or protects himself from negative tendencies, his mood will be stable. He will avoid moral defects, save from anger, provocation, sentimentality, malice, greed and pride. For example, if you have suffered a huge loss, suffered a setback or suffered an emotional failure, it will have a profound effect on your body. In such a situation, people with a weak heart lose their senses, mentally weak people go crazy and some people go into deep trauma.

While those who turn to Allah Almighty in difficult times, obtaining the highest closeness to Allah, they find peace by turning their attention to a better solution. In the same way, if those who are interested in writing and literature their energies only in artwork will surely produce good results. Because when it comes to hurting of your heart, craving for it creates masterpieces that are impossible under normal circumstances.

Thinking is a matter of concern for the health of all human beings. Bad thoughts and habits, along with the loss of a person's stored energy, hinder the production of new energy in the body and have a direct effect on the human nervous system. In order to maintain fitness where we need to get into the habit of eating on time, we must also understand the importance of a balanced diet. As a wise saying goes, "Man digs his own grave with his teeth". Here I find it appropriate to define a balanced diet.

Using a healthy and balanced diet is very important part of maintaining good health and it makes you feel better. This means eating different types of foods, eating the right amount and consuming the right amount of food to maintain a healthy physical weight and use of beverages.

Food should not be eaten quickly, but it should be comfortably chewed with small punches. The task of the teeth is to chew the food, if we do not chew properly, this responsibility falls on the stomach and there is no ability to chew in the stomach. And there will inevitably be stomach aches and cramps. Eating caution can lead to this view being wrong, because according to Physicians, all diseases are the result of gastrointestinal disorders and are most commonly affected by gastrointestinal disorders.

Walking is a very deep connection to human health. Take some time out of your busy life today so you can keep your body healthy. Jogging, or walking is also a workout and is an easy process that can be easily performed by all ages. In addition, we must perform our tasks ourselves and keep ourselves physically motivated and active.

While exercise should be an important part of human life, a little body exercise is essential for a healthy body, but women are found a little lazy. But while experts claim that walking for fitness reduces fatigue and lot of benefits are there, all the young and old people must take steps to keep their bodies healthy. It helps to reduce mental stress by reducing additional fats. Research has also shown that a healthy person's fast running is very useful for his heart and lungs and is very effective medicine for heart disease. In addition, walking also plays a vital role in reducing negative tendencies within the human being, restoring self-esteem and enhancing social interaction.

Health is one of the great blessings of Almighty Allah and it is also the highest need of the human being. Only a mentally healthy person can utilize the best potential for the good of society. On the contrary, no constructive thought or activity can be expected of a sick and lazy person. In the past, people were very sensitive and careful about their health. While today's people have been reckless with important issues such as health due to their busy lives and dumb hobbies. Then, pollution, poor food and depression have had a lot of impact. Despite all this, even if people are concerned about their health; they can have a healthy family and establish a base for healthy community by hygienic practices.

Health is a wealth that only requires attention and care. It is also mandatory to maintain cleanliness for lasting health. After suffering from illness and delaying the proper treatment causes the disease to grow and worsen, while timely treatment can relieve the disease quickly. Minor physical discomfort should not be neglected to consult a doctor; because in the beginning, every disease is trivial and our neglect and recklessness become overwhelming.

In addition to all this, the most important and noteworthy thing is that we take proper and continuous care of the human body. Though, it may seem very Odiousness; like we are young children. We should take care of our physical health just like children do. Such as: -

Sit in the sun, massage oil on the body, apply oil on the navel, take bath, rub the feet thoroughly and clean the feet and heels, etc. If the skin is scratched or cut off, then go to a good beauty parlor for Pedicure. Keep the hair clean and likewise apply deodorants on the body parts. Do not allow the nails to grow. Cover head and neck in severe heat and cold. Be chaste and arrange worship and charity for spiritual excellence and nearness.

Use fresh fruits and vegetables every season. Do not use water to cool down. Rather, you should drink 8 glasses of water a day with room temperature. Our Pakistani siblings are always lacking in drinking water and this is why most Pakistanis suffer from kidney problems. Drinking water eliminates the waste from our entire body and also gives our body the proper amount of water it needs.

Avoid eating much high sugar fruits, mangoes and bananas. People over 40 years undergo annual medical checkups.

Keep the home airy and take care of the kitchen, bathroom and bedding. If insects are present, spray pesticides.

Use a fresh diet, a salad, etc. and arrange a fruit chat (mixed fruits cut into small pieces) once a week. And older people use well-known food supplements for the vitamins, minerals, amino acids and omega-3 and omega-9 your body needs.

Arrange detoxification for gastroenteritis.
